Refund process for SADFinder is simple: within 14 days of your first paid charge, you can request a full refund for any reason. No interrogation, no "we'd love to know why" follow-up form.
What's eligible
- First-time charges on monthly plans, within 14 days of the initial charge.
- First-time charges on the one-time lifetime license, within 14 days of the initial charge.
What's not
- Renewals beyond the 14-day window — you can cancel monthly billing from your account before the next renewal.
- Repeated refund requests after extensive use over multiple billing cycles.
How to request
Email hello@sadfinder.com from the address on your account with "Refund" in the subject. We aim to process within 2 business days. The refund returns to your original payment method via Stripe and usually clears in 5–10 days depending on your bank.
What happens to your license
When a refund is processed, your SADFinder license is deactivated on next online check (within a week). The app continues to launch but enters a read-only mode for new purchases. For one-time lifetime offers, the refunded license is revoked and cannot be used for future updates or activations.
Trial users
The 7-day trial starts without a payment method, so there is nothing to refund during the trial. If you do not choose a paid plan, the trial license expires automatically. If you continue on monthly or buy the lifetime license, the first paid charge is covered by the 14-day refund window above.
