Refund process for SADFinder is simple: within 14 days of your first paid purchase, you can request a full refund for any reason. No interrogation, no "we'd love to know why" follow-up form.
What's eligible
- First-time purchases of monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans, within 14 days of the initial charge.
- Yearly subscription that auto-renewed within the last 14 days, if you didn't use the app during that renewal period.
What's not
- Renewals beyond the 14-day window — you'll always be reminded by email a few days before yearly renewal so you can cancel.
- Repeated refund requests after extensive use over multiple billing cycles.
- Lifetime purchases made more than 14 days ago, though we'll always consider edge cases — email us.
How to request
Email hello@sadfinder.com from the address on your account with "Refund" in the subject. We aim to process within 2 business days. The refund returns to your original payment method via Stripe and usually clears in 5–10 days depending on your bank.
What happens to your license
When a refund is processed, your SADFinder license is deactivated on next online check (within a week). The app continues to launch but enters a read-only mode for new purchases.
Trial users
If you signed up with the 7-day trial, you're not charged until the trial converts. Cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing us during the trial and there's nothing to refund.
